Issue Detection, nobody reply me

Hi,

in Webroot SecureAnywhere there is big issue detection and nobody reply me why


i have send may be 500 samples ! there are only 4-5 samples not detected 4at13 ko size !

he can't detect virus less 15 ko





In webroot :




May be stop use webrrot in end of trial...it is very dangerous don't want detect exploit

Right click scanning is not the same as the actual protection - if you run these exploits in context and they try to actually infect the PC, WSA will step in and block them. There is no limitation to the scanning of files by size (it finds Eicar at 68 bytes ) and detection is quite strong but for exploits, the main protection comes in realtime.

he say 14files scanned (5 in folders) and in the log of the scan there are nothing :

Could you try checking the option Settings - Scan Settings - Save non-executable file details to scan logs? That should show that WSA is scanning the files (by default it doesn't store non-executable details into logs for privacy reasons as it would include documents/images/etc.)
