I have been really thinking of buying this product and actually did once but lost the info and needed to re install windows before i could install it fully. But I have been reading more and more issues coming up that is making me question if i want to really put my money into it. Are these all common issues with most users or are these semi rare problems that keep showing up on the forum? Seems like theres a few new ones everyday but i have seen you respond fast to correct problems. I jst dont want to be having to write in with problems and since im new to the type of protection you use i may have some lol.
Whatever issues there are they are being fixed as they show up. As you have the licence I don't see why not continue using it as it is very likely there will be no issues on your config
From what i see, Prevx are working Very hard to constantly improve it for our better protection As there are so many different combinations of OS configurations everybody has, and other software configs etc, there are bound to be instances of times when corrections etc need to be applied. Lots of other vendors don't improve/update as often as Prevx, so you won't see as much activity from them At least Prevx do listen and take swift action Stick with Prevx, they are here to stay, and are a major player. Not perfect, but what is ?
Go to any forum whether Avira, Avast, Norton etc. and you will find issues daily. This is after all a customer support forum. I find Prevx as a program second to none and the same for the support provided. By all means I would use Prevx...
Hi T_Durden, As we discussed before Prevx with SafeOnline would be a great solution for you to use and they always try hard to make Prevx play nice with other security programs and they keep improving the program and most of the Features of Prevx we don't see as all the Technology is in the cloud on there severs! Also in the late fall or winter they will have V4 coming out for us to Beta Test HTH, TH
I didnt mean to sound as though i was singling them out. the issue with te license is a lost cause because of a reinstall and change of email ec.. i gave credit to the service they give and how fast they seem to respond to problems. The other AV's pages do have many love hate complaints but im willing to buy this one again and am asking about it. that is all. I am in no way putting them down but am asking questions about it. I'll more than likely going to buy it again because i never really had a chance to use it before the PC problems. Thanks for the eedback and sorry if that was taken wrong
