I created a rule to allow all connections to some applications.
As you see in this pic:

Is it safe to make this?
Another question, sometimes the logs seem to be stopped and shows no new entries, but when i close the firewall and open againg it shows logs again. Is it a bug or there is something wrong with my installation ?

No, it's better to restrict as much as possible the ports used by the applications.
Maybe this could happen if you enabled the log for many applications (in Application Filtering tab), otherwise if it is only coming from the Packet filter/Internet filtering tab, there is no known issue like this, so far.

    Regards,

Maybe the rule is not very safe.Every application will use different ports. So they need creating rule alone.
