Is this dangerous?

    I am using LONGMAN Dictionary of Contemporary English which unfortunately is not running normally in the limited accounts. So, I put in the target box the following text:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\runas.exe /savecred /user:"My username" "C:\Program Files\Longman\ldoce4v2\ldoce4.exe"

    My question is the following: Is this dangerous? Will this cause any security problems?

    I am using Windows XP Service Pack 3.
