Is this a virus or what?

I got one exe file in my portable hard disk which was there as system hidden file. i dont know from where it came.its name is " rm.exe ".i scanned it with many antivirus but no threats rusult.
So anyone knows how to submit this sample to any antivirus company?

While Googling , you can see there are both legitimate and not legitimate files with this name rm.exe . Simply submit the file to VirusTotal and if it turns suspicious , send it to ESET Labs samples[at]eset[dot]com with a link to this thread and the VT result
