I think I need a second opinion before deleting. I scanned with Nod32 and it found no threats.

I got the same thing today on both my systems after updating to latest definitions. Scanning any file results in this detection. I reported it to SAS as a false positive.

Hovering or double-clicking does not result in any kind of feedback.

I was also thinking that might be a false positive, as well. If it is a false positive, how do you purge it out of the box?

if it is FP, and it sounds it might be, then SAS will fix the detection and on next scan there will be nothing to be concerned about

The Update did the trick. It looks like it was a false positive.
