Is this a normal amount of errors?

I am running on WHS 2011 with Stablebit drivepool installed.

Yes those errors are normal. Here's our KB Article that explains it:

Blue "error opening" notifications in On-demand Scanner Log

It states the following:

Windows uses and locks certain files from startup until shutdown. These files and any others which are running in memory can't be used by or tampered with by other programs, including ESET security products or potential malware. Rest assured that these files were scanned upon bootup and will be scanned again during shutdown by Real-time file system protection.

It also should be noted that all antivirus programs are unable to scan these types of files. The difference is that the ESET security product notifies the user. Threats will appear in red, while blue lines are intended to be informational. These messages are typical and do not indicate a threat to your system.

Generally, your ESET security product is unable to scan these files due to one or more of the following reasons:

The file is password protected (e.g. there are multiple user profiles on the computer).

The file is a Windows system or program file.

The file is currently in use by other programs or background processes.
