is there an easy way to setup and use TOR on vista?

i want to start using TOR with vista. i don't think i've set it up before on windows because i always used JAP. on linux there's a few steps needed to get TOR working as well as starting and stopping it and i just wondered if anyone knows if there's an easy way to set it up then turn it on and off? thanks

EDIT. i just thought there are those portable opera and firefox downloads that let you click on the browser icon and the browser will be running with TOR automatically. i could use one of those and tell the program i want to use with TOR to use port 8118. that will work won't it?

use vidalia http://www.vidalia-project.net/ my dad put on my pc. but i dont use too much. works very good. my dad runs tor server. which i dont like. use up bandwidth and makes me slow.

i am very good looking, it can be a curse but i don't mind too much. to balance things out a bit i don't wash too often.

Using portable versions of FF and Opera is a good idea.
Why not add a portable Tor version instead of installing it
