Is there a leak in my computer?

I visited a bbs last week. Today I visited again, it show me that "your last visit in Aug 3 PM xx. "
Why does it know before I login. My computer's name was changed, and the IP address must be different because I use dial-up accessing internet.

 

Possibly a cookie

 

I think it is not due to cookie because I use firefox and I always "Clear Private Date" including cookies after closing firefox, meanwhile I often clean computer with CCleaner.
I always login computer through a limited account, maybe the bbs remember my limited account's name? Let me try another account.

Have you installed any software or browser plugins/extensions to access the bbs.

 

I have installed three extensions in my firefox, they are NoScript, adblock plus and adblock Filterset.G update. I don't use plugins, and in NoScript's advanced options, I have chosen "Forbid other plugins".
