Is there a DOS Utility that will low level format or erase a USB stick?

    Is there a DOS Utility that will low level format or erase a USB stick?

    For dos browse home.att.net's disk utilities, page one. Sans dos, this method may be suitable.
    *Pdl note: Your loop mount is the created directory, whatever you choose to name it.

    Active@ KillDisk - Hard Drive Eraser do that atleast in Windows. Not sure about DOS but you can try.

    Low Level Formatting is long since dead. Don't do it to modern hard drives.

    And its not possible to Low Level Format a USB Drive.

    Is it possible to run a process like FDISK,
    on a USB stick.
