Is the Spyware Terminator on the official site a beta or a full version?

    just download the file (SpywareTerminator.exe) and double-click it to install.

    if u already have ST, just shut it down beforehand. i think u can install over.

    Haven't you been running ST since August? You posted that it blocked CWS for you once if I remember correctly.

    Some users, self included, have had a problem or two installing over the top. I've found it's best to completely uninstall the old version before installing the new one. I ended up with two instances of ST available. Mind you, that was with a Beta release.
