    3.- If I do not have file lines that are marked Bad [B ] from the scan log, but my AV is is detecting a file as suspicious, could I submit it to support?

    If your AV is detecting something as suspicious (think it's a possible FP?) then you can submit that file to the AV Vendor, but not to Prevx as it is the AV that is detecting it :)
