    I dont know where to post this topic, so i posted it here.

    Im trying to promote Acronis products in my country and i signed up to be their reseller. Their reply to every mail i send , takes at least a week !!!!
    So tell me how can i explain to any of my customers, if they have to wait for any answer regarding support for over a week o_O

    Im prepared to invest a lot of my effort and $$$ in their promotion.
    I wrote several mails to different recipients, and things heavent changed.

    Maybe i should turn to German reseller for help ? Any suggestions.
