Endpoint products support saving logs to plain text files.

    Hello torpheh

This is just a manual work-around. But you can copy the scan report and paste it manually into a text file so you avoid the dat files. Go to logfiles, open a logfile in a new window. Now select the beginning of the logfile (text is in blue), now press the ctrl + a button together, now press together on ctrl + c, and ctrl +v in an empty document and save it afterwards.

    Regards
    Niels

If you have purchased a Business Edition license you must be able to download the appropriate Endpoint product as well.
