I installed Look N Stop 2 months ago ... and the .exe file, looknstop.exe, never tried to access the internet .. Now, all of a sudden, im receiveng some alerts asking if I should let it access the internet .. Im afraid of the file has been injected by some malware

does looknstop.exe try to access the internet, or is it a strange behaviour ?

Double check the options to see if "Check if a new version is available" is enabled.

    Hello,

Sure it is normal for LnS to access the Internet, for auto update checking and Whois and for DNS resolution.I see what you are saying,I also get these alerts at times,LnS trying to connect, but it is for the above reasons that LnS works correctly. Also the server maybe checking for cracked versions
    of LnS.
