Is it a trojan????

ProcessGuard have bloqued a program (unisntaller.exe) trying to acess de memory. I´ve not tried to uninstall the program, so it´s strange the unnistaller.exe trying to acess the memory...

Scanned uninstaller.exe with KAV, and it has found nothing... scanned with jotti, and only Arcavir and AVG detected it as Trojan.Agent.Ij... so it´s a trojan or not?

 

Submit it to Kaspersky, using the link "Send files for analysis" found under the supporttab in Kav. You will know soon.

 

I have the same file under winrar directory. I scanned it with VBA32 there is no virus/trojan. I think this is a false alarm. I use Winrar 3.50 and the "uninstall.exe"
is 98.304 bytes. How much is yours?

I think it´s a false positive... rarlabs wouldn´t make this mistake...

 

My kav pro 5 did not detected it, but a friend´s KAV has detected it... now I don´t understand....

 

Submit the file to VirusTotal and see if anything else detects it. Are you using the extended database with Kaspersky?

 

Nothing found at VirusTotal or Jotti's.
