IrfanView is a very fast, small, compact and innovative FREEWARE (for non-commercial use) graphic viewer for Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista. It is trying to be simple for beginners and powerful for professionals.

Actually, the official site may say 4.20, but when I started a download from the first link (download.com), it gave me 4.22 :)

DL from official site leads to download.com with the notation:
Yea. Tucows link yields a DL of the 4.10 version! Wierd.

I found a bug (at least for me) in 4.22 that I cannot advance viewing in a folder. I get the End of Folder message every time I try to advance to the next photo. So, I'm going to roll back to the previous version...

    **EDIT**

I found a post at the IrfanView Forum that the forward arrow is dysfunctional. So I'm not the only one... :(

Confirmed. But if u hadn't pointed it out I wouldn't have known, cause I've never used IView's arrow button until now!

Normally 1. Double click to open pic, 2. "Enter" to go fullscreen, 3. "Space" or "->" for next pic.

Even when not in fullscreen, I still use the keyboard's "Space" and arrows :)
