    Hi Y'all !

I just now updated to the AVG Anti-Spyware and it immediately tagged ipcLic.exe as a "dangerous" downloader.

So far as I know, it is a component of Net Veda Safety Net, my firewall. It's in c:\ProgramFiles\NetVeda\Safety.Net\ipcLic.exe

    So...it's a false positive, right?

    Chris

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting back.

I'd really like to, but I decided to "clean" and "quarantine" the file, just to be on the safe side, and it disappeared! It's not in quarantine and I can't find it in the the Net Veda folder where it was, either.

    Oh, well.

There is another thread on the Wilder's forum discussing this file, you might be interested in checking it out...Nothing pertaining to you at Ewido, but, well, if you're interested, here it is

    Thanks,
