    I have a question?

Since they have such a bad reputation here, why is their uninstaller always one of two recommended
    on the Internet?

Because they have a great advertisement department and it is the only freeware (along with WiseCare) that supports 64-bit without a limited removal unlike others.

    Bad reputation only "here"? hmm.

I guess because some people have simply forgot about their past history (or don't know about their history) and want to give them a second chance or whatever, though by using and recommending their software to others they are showing support for the company. I will never do that.
