Invalid Username and / or Password but when i delete the update folder content it wil

    i cannot update signature database it gives me error "Invalid Username and / or Password" but when i delete the update folder content it will update without a problem.

    how can i fixed this problem.

    i tried with another pc and Username and Password is valid and it will update without a problem.

    Please anyone for help.

    I'd suggest contacting customer care for license verification. There's no chance that deleting the updfiles folder would affect authentication in any way.

    yes i contact them and they said that there are no problem with the Username and / or Password.

    i tried uninstalling ESET and installing back but no luck.

    any idea ..
