Invalid User and Password...

    I have been buy my license the pas 23/03/2010, today the antivirus says that my license is invalid (user/password) i tried to use the contact form but it give and error and form could´t be sent, plese any one who help me? Support Team or phone number?. o_O

    Yes, i tried to fill that form but it redirect me to http://www.eset-la.com/support/contact.php

    Where the form give me an error when i tried to send, also i copy and paste the user/password from the e-mail that i recived from ESET.

    Any ideA?

    are you not based in a Spanish speaking country? what is the error? type the user name and password not copy and paste

    Yes, i speak spanish and i buy the sofware on line, i also tried to type the username and password but i get an error that says invalid password. I dont know what do i have to do, also i fill the form "lost password" but i dont recive any e-mail.

    did you check the Spam folder in case Eset email ended up there.

    I call them but they say that i have to write an e-mail to support so i write it and they say me that there is no chrage to my credit card but in ma credit card there is a change for 119 usd, i dont know what to do, afeter i answer them and copy the tranference information they dont contact me again... :(
