Invalid registry Items

    I wanted to ask a question that sounds silly but where do invalid registry items come from?Every time I do a scan I usually have 4 or 5.I havent uninstalled anything or anything ,so I wondered where they come from.with this program you cant see what they are.It says it's safe to delete them after 30 days.Could I do it before then--thanks
