internet problems

    hey guys,

    i was wondering if you could help me. i have run adware 6 and then run hijackthis. the problem is that whenever i open internet explorer there is at least 3 other windows opened directing me to the website casinopalazzo.com. here is my hijackthis log:

    Reboot your machine.

    thanks for the advice on what to do. there was one problem though when i closed the applications with HijackThis my internet explorer didn't run for about an hour and then just started again...? well heres the new log from hijackthis. and i did run the Cwshredder.

    i remove it with hijackthis but it doesn't seem to go away.
    sorry to bother but how do you guys tell which entries are essential and which are crap that has been picked up along the way?

    Find your Hosts file at c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts, open it in Notepad, delete the offending line, and save in "File".

    That should do the trick

    That's a short question with possibly an extremely long answer...

    Let's just say it boils down to research, and the experience of looking at oodles of logs just like yours...
