I have a desktop computer and two laptops connected to a Draytek router ( one via ethernet and two via wireless.) The desktop and one of the laptops are running Eset Smart Security Version 5. The other laptop has Avast Free Antivirus installed. I can access the BBC Website and Sports Section on all three computers. However, when I attempt to access the Football Section using the computers on which Eset Smart Security is installed, I receive a message to the effect that 'Internet Explorer Cannot Display The Webpage.' The laptop with Avast Free AntiVirus displays the page perfectly. Clicking on 'Diagnose Connection Problems' gives the message 'Windows Did Not Find Any Problems With This Computer's Network Connection.' Disabling the Eset Firewall does not help. The issue started at or about the time I installed Eset Smart Security Version 5. Can anyone assist?
