Hi - my kids computer experienced some sort of attack on the browser. Pretty sure I got rid of the virus - but after the smoked cleared it's lost internet. Email still works fine. Other pc's on the network work fine. I installed Mozilla browser to see if it was an IE only problem - Mozilla wouldn't connect either. Mozilla error reads "proxy server refusing connection" IE reads "cannot display webpage" When you diagnose - says "probably caused by firewall". I've never used anything but the windows built in firewall - tinkered with the settings a bit - nothing changed. Can anyone give me some help? :) Thank you, D

Hello Global Force - you're a saint - using the "no proxy" on Mozilla got it working again! Now - IE is still down - probably a similar problem - how should I fix the IE? Thanks again!:D D
