interactive mode

    Thanks for ESET SS.
    Running ESET SS V 5.2.9.1 and windows 7 pro 64-bit.
    What happened to the interactive mode? I can't even find
    it in your main window.

    I see all firewall modes on my Win7 x64. Have you tried uninstalling ESS and installing it from scratch?

    I did that several weeks ago for some other reason but will do it again.
    I hate doing it because I uninstall ESET then have to go online to re-
    install which is not good. I think there is a not online version which
    I will check out.

    Fixed. Think I was running the wrong progam.

    On the download page, you can select between Live Installer and an offline installer (msi).

    Throughout the USA and Canada

    download the offline installer are save it to your desktop, then you do not need to go online after your uninstallation - you just uninstall - restart - reinstall - update - go online. Problem solved.
