I'm using ess beta1 with Vista. I set the firewall at iteractive mode. It's nice, but for some reason, it only prompt for action for the only first a few unknow network access each time system startup, and automatically deny the rest. Can some help me out of the problem?

Did you take a look in the firewall section?
    What does it say?

Thanks for reply, I have tried reinstall. The problem still occurrs. And in the firewall log, it records those new connection and says no rule is found for the connections, but it don't prompt for me to choose an action.

I have the same problem. When I first boot up my system, everything works the way it should. After a bit ESS firewall stops prompting me for action and blocks anything and everything that there is not a rule to allow. I have ESS set to Interactive/Advanced mode. Also the firewall log does not log anything, it just stays blank.
