How do I remove this from my computer, With help of P/guard and zone Alarm I'm able to control it,

 

If you do not already have these Programs you should seriously consider installing them as soon as possible.

I have all three spybot, spyblaster +adware, my m/c is quite clean apart from this inter less.exe its geting to be a real pain

if you have messenger plus, uninstall it
