    Dear members,

Redirecting or saving mall blocks of data is the core technology of instant recovery snapshot & time machine software. Theoretically a SSD is the ideal companion since it is able to address and access small chunks of data directly.

So here is my question (after trying system restore and reboot restore), which snapshot/time machine software is known to be

    a) compatible with SSD drives
    b) does not downgrade SSD performance (reverses performance tweaks)

Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge on this issue. Would be most helpfull to build a list and share experiences

    Regards Kees

Check out AX64 Time Machine. It is an imaging app but is so speedy when restoring on ssds, that is almost as fast as Instant recovery apps.
