Installing Program

I am not able to install a program..I download the program and click it to install and get" setup was unable to create directory'name of directory'." Access is denied.

 

No good, or there a response problem?

 

I downloaded takeown.zip but I didn't understand how to use it. Could someone explain the use of it?

How do you merge the reg file?

I was able to get "take ownership" to appear in the context menu and when I click it I still get the samemessage as I did before.

Beyond everything fore mentioned, I've no idea what might have happened.
Reset default's (Malke) or reinstall, then go find yourself an imaging program.
