Installing ESS4 (or 5) on a new computer

    Hiya there

    My old computer's power supply failed a few days ago.. as its 5 years old now ive decided to get a new computer rather than replace it.. will ESS move across to the new puter okay, by that i mean will it activate okay ?

    Hello,

    As long as you don't power on the old machine (which it sounds like isn't possible due to the hardware failure), you should be able to install and activate/update without issue on the new machine.
