    hi Folks!

Anything special to be done/gotchas to watch out for with installing ERAS and ERAC *after* NOD32 has already been installed.

We have a new customer with a small network of 24 NOD clients that we would like to bring under central control - and before installing the above ESET central control tools, we wanted to check for any 'words from the wise'.

    TIA!

I would simply suggest following the steps in this guide when setting up the ESET Remote Administrator Server and Console.

You have a couple of options for gaining control of the clients. You could follow the instructions in this article and simply change the remote administration setting. Conversely you could follow this article and push an uninstall to the workstations. Then push an install with the package you created from the instructions in the basic setup guide from above.

    Hi Thomas!

Thanx for your reply - and especially the pointer to the Eset KB (# SOLN2716) re how to repoint already installed NOD32 clients to the newly installed ERAS!!!
