Installation problem - reg number not accepted

    Trying to install TI 8.0; I enter the 25-character registration number (carefully, checked, double- and triple-checked). Next" button remains grayed-out and I cannot proceed. (same problem on either WinXP Pro SP2 or W2k Pro machine). What to do?

    You might want to check to see if one of the digits appears to be a "U". It may actually be a "V". That's what happened to me when I entered my registration code.
