    Hello Ousudrs.
This is just a wild shot, if you have turned User Account Control (UAC) on then turned it completely off, and then try to install Ess 4 again.

    Best Regards Ousudrs. :)

Yes, I tried to use uninstall tool in safe mode. But it says, there is no antivorus product is installed.
I removed eset with your uninstaller.

I even tried with the administrator account which is in built in the windows 7.

In safe mode, try removing the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ehdrv.sys

    Thank you for your reply.
But, I tried to create a new user account with administrator rights and then, tried to install in it.
Then, I am able to install successfully.
it also working now in other user user account also.

Now, I deleted the user account which I created to install eset.
Restarted the computer, Eset is wr=roking fine now. updated successfully.
