installation failed

    Hello!

    Welcome to Wilders!

    Unfortunately your screenshot is of no help . ESET will need more information to analyse and provide a solution.

    First I would suggest that you ensure there are no other security products installed , your i-net connection is temporary OFF (because Wilders shows in the background of your picture) , you get the newest possible installer from www.eset.eu/download/beta and you start the installation from an account with Admin rights.

    If this doesn't help , start Command Prompt (from Start->Run->type CMD and press ENTER) . Navigate to the installer and run it that way:

    For x32 system
    ess_nt32_enu.msi /lvx* installESS.log

    For x64 system
    ess_nt64_enu.msi /lvx* installESS.log


    This will run the installer bu will in the background create a log file from what is going on . This will appear in the folder where the install file (msi) is located. It is called installESS.log

    Then compose a new message , address to email betasupport[at]eset.sk and attach both installESS.log and
    %windir%/setupapi.log files .
