Installation Error - Unable to register msstdfmt.dll

    Every time I try to install it, I get the error "Unable to register the DLL/OCX; CreateProcess Failed; code 5

    Access is denied"

    I've tried installing the VB run time files, but no luck. I can't think of anything else to do and I've never had this problem with SB before.
