Install Issue

...for what it's worth.

Loving ESS, both the old and the new beta 2. However, with each update I have needed to un-install the previous version despite what ESET has suggested.

Every update I try to install the new version over the old (as they say you should be able to do), but ESS still shows the old version even after a restart. Also, on this last update to beta 2 from beta 1b, when I installed over the previous version ESS showed the old version and that the program was not configured to protect internet and email traffic. Hmm...

Anyway, and un-install and re-install to beta 2 seems to have worked.
