Install failure

    I just cleaned a hard drive, reformatted, reinstalled XP SP1, downloaded and installed SP2 and then tried to install True Image 8.0. After asking for my serial number I received an error message saying: kernal.dat not found. Installation failed. This is not good. I purchased the software to create an image of a clean harddrive. Can someone help?
