    Hello,

Is possible to initialize an external hard drive via Paragon Recovery Media Builder. Macrium ReflectHome Edition Rescue Media OR Acronis rescue boot media?

    Thanks for your help

Maybe EaseUS Partition Master Free. I don't know if this would help.

    Code:
    https://www.easeus.com/partition-manager-software/initialize-hdd-ssd-for-free.html

Initialization is nothing more and nothing less than giving an id to an unformatted disk. ( = a disk mbr ot gtp with no partitions defined)
If you format a disk in any OS it will automatically be initialized (the OS will give an id or a guid to the disk)
