I think I´m infected by something called Trojan.Win32.Delf.ale, and my ESS did not regognize it.:( Anyone know how to get rid of it?

One must know where this is located to tell you how.

What makes you think you are infected ?
If you are sure , contact ESET Support from within the program Help->Contact Customer Care

I uninstalled ESS and installed Kaspersky instead, and that did the trick! Uninstalled KAV and once again installed ESS. So now I´m good to go again.
I will submit the file to Eset, yes.
