Infected message

I have and icon in my task bar Red circle with an X in it that says I am infected with a virus and need antivirus software. I have run a complete scan with Norton, Panda, Spotzilla, Ad Aware, and Spybot, as well as Killbox, Shredder of some sort and a couple of others. Below is my log from HijackThis.
Help!!!!!
