This may have been address before and, if so, am sorry for dup. Looked but did not find it. This is our problem: When we go to make an "incremental" image, it is the same size as a "full" image. Should it not be smaller? Esp if made only a day or so after a full image. Also, how do we check the size of the images after they have been made. We send them to the "acronis secure zone" but so far have found no way to look in that zone to see what the sizes of the images are. It is "hidden," which is fine, but is there a way we could at least check on it?

    Hello timmy,

Thank you for choosing Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).

Please make sure you haven't got any software that works with hard disk intensively installed and running. Also could you please provide some info concerning the image file size and the way you used the computer between two imagings? This will allow us to investigate the problem.

    Thank you.

Defragging will certainly move sectors and cause the incremental to be very large.
