I can bump current 1gig RAM to max 1.5 gig on my XP laptop (Toshiba A75-S226). Considering this information from Everest about the existing, only, removable module will this 1gig be correct replacement for the current extra 512meg described above http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-memory-for/Toshiba/satellite-a75-series
