In the Desktop my computer Icon not working why??

    I try to open properties under My Computer Icon on the desktop as well many others and didn't work "access Denied...." so I disable APP and bingo works.
    How I can give authority or permission to access every time I want to see those s properities under either Mycomputer or My network neigh.. or the control panel icons... someone knows how... thanks..

    did you set any rundll entry to alwais block ?
    what is your config ?

    Thanks for responde .. I don't know How to do it?.. and I didn't buy this program yet because they don't give me a discount. Well let me explain I own (with license) RegDefend and I need AppDefend and I will wait to see What I have to pay for, well back to the problem, Yes if you can explain me I will do it..
