    Hi @all

We're experiencing trouble with an CAD application here and IMON is running. Now the problem is that there are lot's of EXE files inside the CAD Application's program directory. I would still like to use IMON and not disable it completly but finding the right EXE which causes problems is just not possible. Does IMON recognise wildcards - something like c:\applicationpath\*.exe??

    thanks

    Hello,

I do not think wildcard characters will work, however, you should be able to create a list of the complete files and then place them inside the registry setting used by IMON.

As a test, have you tried running the Registry Editor (filename: REGEDIT.EXE), navigating to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Eset\Nod\CurrentVersion\Modules\Imon\Settings\Config000\Settings key and editing the exclude_list string value to include the complete path and filename specification for each .EXE file in the CAD applications directory, separated by a pipe "|" character? You will probably need to specify two backslashes "\" as the directory separator character, e.g., C:\\Program Files\\CAD\\CAD1.EXE|C:\\Program Files\\CAD\\CAD2.EXE|C:\\Program Files\\CAD\\CAD3.EXE and so forth in order for this to work.

    Regards,
