    Hi there,

First of all i wanna say sorry because of my english knowledge is not so perfect

I've got a problem with Nod32's Imon module.
I use google mail and that use port 995 of POP3 (not default 110) with SSL security login.

that's ok, i can (are you sure?) change the POP3 port inside the IMON settings.
Of yourse i did it, but if i change the port to 995 IMON don't scan my e-mails after recive. No scan, no e-mail tag above the text, nothing. If i recive my e-mails the number of scanned object ain't change. Namely IMON isn't monitoring the port 995
    I don't understand why..

    Anybody can help me?
    thank you!

    ps: I'm using Thunderbird.

    Best regards,
    Pnds

IMON only scan standart POP3 port 110. AFAIK gmail uses https protocol thats why IMON cant scan mail.

    Thanks for quick answer.

I used kaspersky before NOD32 and i supposed the scanning is working via ssl because kav can do that.

    I'll read your links.

    thank you!
