While running MS Flight Simulator, I get a crash to desktop and the Vista event list indicates that the fault was caused by imon.dll. Is anyone familiar with this problem?
Of course not necessary to get back to AVG if you really don't want to. Repair Winsock Windows Vista Goto Start and search for Command Prompt . Right click it , choose to Run it as Administrator and click OK. Type netsh winsock reset Press ENTER . Restart immediately ! N.B. ! There is a space between the commands , example netshSPACEwinsockSPACEreset After restart , open NOD32's Control Center -> Click IMON and reregisted it to the system . Restart the computer When IMON is ready , open Control Center -> IMON -> Setup -> "HTTP" tab -> Client compatibility and make sure all applications are set on Higher compatibility (as shown here) Confirm with OK and Hide the Control Center After that , open Control Center -> IMON -> Setup -> "Miscellaneous" tab . Have a look at the "Exclusions" . Press Edit button . Add MS Flight Simulator's all exe file as exclusions . Confirm with OK . Restart the computer and try again
