IMON crashing Apache under Win XP

    I've got Win XP SP1, Apache2 2.0.50 + php 4.3.4, running as service. After installing Nod32 the Apache started crashing when requesting images. Windows error reporting system says, that the problem is caused by imon.dll, so I had to disable IMON monitor and now Apache is running fine.
