Yeah, I'm not happy to see this. Those opposed to 8chan et. al. have mostly kept the high ground; if this is what I think it is, it's a) wrong and b) sets a bad precedent. OTOH, considering some of the stuff 8chan allows/condones, I wouldn't discount law enforcement involvement. Just sayin'.
