Image Mgmgt Console email notification not working

    When I test the Image Mgmgt Console email notification under the Tools ->Notification -> email, I get a popup error that states:
    "Cannot send the test email. The reason might be incorrect settings."
    I have set this up exactly like my email application. What setting might affect this?

    Please make sure you use the default port settings (for example port 25 for SMTP and 110 for POP). If these settings are correct but the notifications do not work please contact support@acronis.com and we will try to help you as soon as possible.
